Located in the heart of the bustling old town, this hotel is a fantastic base for exploring all that Alicante has to offer. You can easily walk to the beach or harbor, immersing yourself in the vibrant atmosphere. Plus, there's a charming coffee shop right next door where you can start your day with a delicious cup of coffee. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and quality toiletries. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a memorable stay.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms can be a bit noisy, as they are not soundproofed.

We had an amazing experience staying here in the heart of the city. The location is top-notch, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Not to mention the terrace is a must-visit, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of tours or ticket assistance.

The venue was always fairly clean, had very good location and staff. The room was attractive with balcony, I enjoyed it.

The hotel had a central position near to restaurants and the city centre and the old town. Had brunch in the Cerveceria Sento Rambla, located nearby.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the old town and just in front of the cathedral. Being so close to the cathedral allowed me to experience the beautiful singing of the priest in the morning. The hotel facilities were great, with a fine conversion from an old palace into a spacious and comfortable hotel. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the bed and shower were perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing a warm and smiling welcome and even treating me to a beer while I waited for my room to be ready.

Staying at Hotel Boutique Alicante Palacete S.Xvii - Adults Only was an absolute delight. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old Town. The charm and character of the hotel were evident in every corner. The staff were pretty good, provided really good service. I loved the complimentary minibar stocked with refreshing soft drinks. The presentation of food in the coffee shop was perfect. The little touches, like holding our bags so we could enjoy a full day, made a big difference.

As for drawbacks, the only minor issue was that the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking. this is a personal preference and doesn't overshadow the overall fantastic experience.
